Payment and exchange terms of Cemdee International N.V.

1. Payment terms

In-store purchases: Purchases made in the store or at the checkout must be paid immediately in cash (or by the available electronic payment methods), unless expressly agreed otherwise in advance.
Orders on account: Business orders or deliveries on account are subject to a strict payment term of 30 days from the invoice date, unless a different term has been agreed in writing.
Delivery costs: Deliveries within Paramaribo are completely free of charge.
Deliveries outside Paramaribo are subject to additional transport or delivery costs.

Exchange period: Goods can only be exchanged or returned within a maximum of 2 months from the original purchase date.
Condition of the product: Products are only accepted if they are undamaged and still in their original, unopened packaging.
Proof of purchase: The original receipt or proof of purchase must be shown for every exchange or return.
Sale & offers: The return and exchange policy does not apply to discounted (sale) items. This means discounted items cannot be exchanged or returned, unless an exception has been agreed in writing in advance.
